I got band 6/19/12, but I have only lost 40 lbs with band and 12 lbs before band. I keep going up and down the scale. I'm wondering this is normal? Maybe I'm over filled? I lost count how my CC's I have... I have a friend at work and she has less CC's and doing great. I keep slimming every now and then. What do you recommend? I exercise 4 days a week and eat 1/6 of what I used to eat. Which is not much. I keep thinking this was a mistake. I was 100% sure when I was band and new this was not going to be easy, but brother.... I need guidance!!" PLEASE!

Great advice, I will keep it all in mind. I feel that my Dr. Is not as sympathetic since he had the lap band and lost a ton of weight. I will started counting calories. Write it all down to see what's going on. I promise I will exercise every day. I will be in onederland this time next year! (God willing)! '

I am in need of work clothes, I'm in Alabama

I was thinking of the stuff i never wear because of my weight... I would love to wear a shorts next summer in public. I also would love to get sexy negligee and look great. I've only lost 28lbs, but maybe this time next year i could surprise my husband! oh and i would love to wear heels! I don't feel comfortable wear heels caz of how heavy i am. i hope you write stuff for me to read, keeps me motivated! Love the support group here! Xxoo

Was band 6/19/12. I have been struggling so much. I need to step up my game. Lost 6lbs in 6 weeks, but i now i need to work harder. I promise myself that 1.i will eat my protein first 2. Veggies next 3. Exercise daily st least 30 minutes 4. No empty Calories! I will see about more and add to my list.

I got my 3rd fill. I'm at 8 cc's, i think i am at my sweet spot! Or at least close. I'm so happy! i have a good friend that gets band on the 4th. Now I'll have a band buddy!

I want to see if i can get a band buddy. I'm having a difficult time and need guidance. I'm 4 months out and have not lost any weight in about 6 weeks. I have 2 children a 12 year old with autism and fatty livers disease. My daughter is 8. Been with my husband 14 years, married with him only a year. Lol. I work for a school and love my job.
