I eat 2 scrambled eggs for Breakfast , 8Oz fat free milk. lunch can of tuna with lime juice,1 slice of tomato and lettuce dinner I have grilled chicken no skin with salad no dressing with a pinch off low fat cheese. Well my Doc gave me the low carb diet... I wish he would of given me a choice.. I would do that I would lose weight during the low carb diet I haven't cheated. thank you all for your support. Your thoughts really help. Sent from my DROID RAZR using LapBandTalk

I made a wish list of things I want to accomplish after lap band. Like be able to run/play with my children, get out of plus sizes and more..... Do have any goals, I want more, but I'm drawing a blank...... have any suggestions? Sent from my DROID RAZR using LapBandTalk

1. Get healthier! Lose weight! 2.Be able to run and play with my children . 3.Be able to sit comfortably in a normal size seat . 4.put on clothes that is not plus size 5. actually be in family pictures and feel good about it. 6. I haven't had band yet, but I have a friend that has lost over100 pounds.. Don't worry your dr. will see you're not losing and you will another fill, 20 lbs is great as long as your not putting on before fills it's great! Lisa, I'm so proud of you! you have just inspired me. thank you for your post. I can only hope that I do half of what you've done. I will try my hardest 2 maybe inspire my own family.
