Well, my 12 year old son was born with hypothyroidism, he is now on 175Mg of synthroid. He has a weight issue because of this. As long as he takes is meds. He's fine. Drs. Thought he would end up as a little person or mentally retarted since he was born with this issue, but no! He's smarter that most of the children his age. Hello I'm Lupe and I think i've hit rock bottom. I had surgery 6/19, I had lost 18 lbs.... But I checked my weight tonight and I went up 3lbs. I am so disappointed. I hate feeling like this, o have to go back to work soon and everyone found out about me getting this done! I even have received text from friends at work saying they can't wait to see me, like when I come back to work I'll be thin! I have until the 25th to lose weight, but I feel so much pressure. I have a friend that had it done in November and lost 101lbs! So do they think I will be like her! Plus I have to move to a smaller place to save $. I know I should suck it up and get over myself, I know there are worst things happening to others and I should thank the Lord. I just need some advice and some cheering up!
