I had one for about two days under 99.7

3oz of shrimp has 18g of protein so I have been eating shrimp. I can only eat three at a time and I'm super full. Also my protein drinks have 25 g of protein in them

I am doing great! The only things I needed at the hospital was a change of clothes to go to and from the hospital. Baby wipes phone and phone charger. I didnt need anything else. The only thing I have learned so far, was definitely everyone is different. I have had no nausea no problems with food or drinking. I was so prepared that I would hardly be able to drink and so scared of the barium for the leak test. But I handle all well. But I was prepared for it for sure!

Im also march 20th congrats how is it going I am also March 20th!! I'm doing great so far! Can't wait til I can have soft foods..three more days! How are you guys/girls?

Yah!!!! Congrats! One step closer

So I have been feeling so good. I went in today got my drains and pain balls out. Came home felt great and then my 3 yr old was playing with her cousins and accidentally superman punched me in the belly. I'm not hurting but definitely way more sore for sure! If still sore tomorrow I'm going to go in again.

They really do taste awful! I only take when I really need it. Mostly in the evening just before bed. The liquid one they gave me in the hospital, just before I left to make sure I could tolerate it, I thought was going to make me throw up. Thankfully the one they aent me home with is not as bad as that one but still gag at the taste. Lol
