Maybe I will be able to go back after 2 weeks as I have a desk job. Just trying to plan ahead as I wont have mine until September at the earliest.

I will say to you what others say to me. Don't be hard on yourself, it took us along time to get where we are. Changes will not happen overnight. Tomorrow is a new day and it will be a great one. You are not the only one who has messed up. You can do it. :-) -
I have found liquid tylenol at CVS, Walgreens and at time the grocery store. Hope that helps
