I feel GREAT!! This past week was out of town on business and found myself wanting homemade food. Restaurant n Fast food is out of my life. I found a restaraunt that sold nothing but grilled chicken and I drank plenty of water dropping 10 lbs in 7 days. Amazed. & happy. I've learned that I can try almost anything of course with a limit. A few bites and I'm satisfied. Then I set my timer to 30 mins then I drink drink drink best decision ive ever made ) thanks ladies

Soo happy I decided to have the surgery. I'm four days shy away from my 2mo anniversary 61 lbs down and went from a size 26 to a 20 it feels AMAZING!!

It's just the ache where you tightened up your muscles. I fell bad last week on my side everything ached but I'm good now. We tensed up knowing we were going down. I hope you feel better.
