Hello 10 Weeks Out 1St Stall
Territravel replied to Shun's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I agree completely with Sassy. Stalls are going to happen. Keep getting in your protein, and fluids. Try upping your exercise, and get out the tape measure. I've found, on the weeks when I didnt lose much, I've dropped inches. -
I've been eating sushi since post op week four...No problems, my sleeve seems to really enjoy it! That and hot n sour soup, yummy!

I've been working the midnight shift for 9 years now. I'm off three days a week and on my off days I convert back to dayshift. "Crazy, I know". I keep a food journal, it helps to keep up with my input of protein and calories. Midnight is a new day to begin logging. I don't obsess if I have too many or too few calories in a days time. It's the curse of the shift worker.

Good job! I look at rolls and bread and drool a little, but passing, because bread doesn't sit well with my sleeve. There are a are a few things like cookies and fries that I wont try, they are my trigger foods and it's best to leave them alone!
