Gee, I know you must be really frustrated right now. Stalls suck! Do you mind if I ask how much weight you've loss so far? Maybe your losing inches, are you keeping your measurements? As for the smoking, please stop. It's so bad for you. Is there anyone where your at that you can talk to about the depression? Maybe find an exercise buddy. That would help relieve some stress, and kick start the stall. Hang in there, things will get better! Hugs from the midsouth.

I confess, I'm the CEO of the "I Eat Too Fast, Therefore, I Slime Club." I have always been a fast eater. It seems to happen more when I'm eating out with friends. Trying to keep up, maybe? At home, I can get up, do a chore, come back to my food. Harder to do when eating with others. At least we know what our problem is. Good luck!

Ok, I'm in the south and have never heard of a split fee. The wait staff should have informed you of the fee, and you should have been served accordingly, plates and utensils. The service didn't warrant a tip in my opinion. I was a waitress from the age of 17-21. That's how I paid my bills. People may not have always been happy with the food, or management, or new menu, but the service is what kept them returning!

Not just you. Lots of things, especially liquids, taste different now. I guess it's a good thing in a way, for me. I used to love,love,love sweet tea, chocolate milk, OJ, things that had a ton of empty calories. Now, i could care less.

Listen, You can DO this! Yes, it's hard. Your body is trying to detox all the crappy stuff. Hang in there, and stick to your pre-op diet. Repeat after me, I can do this!

Sorry JR! Too busy goofing off and did not answer your question....Yes, I tried some Doritos at about 8 weeks post op. I think they were called Spicy Chili. I had 3 and they were wonderful. Didn't bother my sleeve at all.

Can't wait to walk down the hall, and not hear the sweesh, sweesh, of chubby thighs rubbing together!

You don't need a reason. I use to get them before surgery, just for the energy boost. I get them monthly now.

In the south, you can get them at the Krogers Pharmacy, Walgreens and at some minor medical places for $15.00

I saw something on TV about the effects of Ambien, and I will never use it again. Sleep walking, talking, eating, driving and having sex. Things, a person really wants to be awake for!

The hotdog, mashed up should be o.k, but you may want to wait on the corn.

YOU can do this! Get back on track, and no more cheating. VSG is a tool and it works, but it can't do it for you. You have to get your mind set for this surgery, and the post op diet is just the beginning. Good luck!
