Birdee, I totally feel you on the drinking enough Water and not feeling as restricted...I too have been in the same boat so to speak... It can be a slippery slope because if you don't drink enough then you feel tighter but if you do you feel looser...I'm drinking my water now and alot less restricted so I'm getting a fill tomorrow...but I have to keep drinking my water or I'm going to be way too tight...so...keep on drinking your water...it's good for you...and maybe get a teensy more fill...

I don't know anyone from Kaukauna...I moved to this area recently... As far as exercising I've just been walking about 2-2.5 mi about three or four times a week...tonight will be my first night this week because I've had class and the other day it was raining...but that's it...

Well I finally got around to taking my measurements this month... I'm very happy to report that my inches lost exceeds my previous 4 months greatly...total inches lost 6! It's funny to see that while my weight loss was the same as the previous month (8 lbs) I lost almost twice the inches (3.75" to 6"). So I guess my doctor wasn't lying when she said I gained 2 lbs of muscle since my last fill...and lost 6 inches! This is what I needed to keep me exercising...well that and my dog on my face at 6:00 am who acts crazy until he gets his walk!

Patty, It's very possible your eating too quick, therefore, getting air in your digestive system which is causing the hiccups...or you could be swollen which could also cause them. Try really slowing down and see if that works and sticking to Fluid for the next day or two. I had hiccups after my first fill (2.0) as well...they finally disappeared... If your PBing everything than it is very possible your too tight...and then I would make an appointment for a small unfill.

4 cc's is the US Approved size Inamed band I believe...Inamed's other size bands installed internationally may be different sizes and hold different cc amounts...I'm not sure about the new VG band from Inamed but this is what I've read in other places.

Carmen, I'm really sorry to hear about what is happening...but remember...you need to take care of yourself during this so you can be strong for your husband and family...perhaps losing isn't the biggest priority right now...which it shouldn't be...but remember that you need to remain strong... My father was diagnosed with osteogenic sarcoma when I was 11 and he lived many many years with it...I can definatley understand where you are coming from...have faith love.

Darcy...LOL...don't mean to laugh but I busted my sh*t going up the stairs at work...LOL...no one saw me luckily...I agree...you don't realize that your body moves differently when you lose weight...it's kinda like that akward teenager stage when your growing but the opposite...LOL
