tonight im making bbq chicken for my daughter and the smell is so tempting me geez

i dont have time to blog today well maybe i do but incase i dont blog im going to let all the sleevers know im now 341.8 pounds and im ecstatic positive words to everyone put you first

wow i know i havent been on this site for a month been busy my daughter graduated high school today i was so happy came home took a nap

its sunday too im going to take a nap before i work out this afternoon hug everyone and stay positive

ok imma go make a protein drink and get it down and go eat the other half of my tostada thats very healthy that i couldnt finish from yesterday and hubbie brought me two lol he keeps saying wow i forgot u cant eat that much i smile and say yes but feeling good about if only i could get this protein in i thru up two times already sense surgery geez
