Are you maybe gaining muscle?sometimes when u workout u will gain musclw meaning the scale doesnt move

Someone does sell a type if wrap here where i live but i havent tried them yet. I was trying to find someone who has had success with them but yet to find someone. Here its like 40 bucks a wrap. Maybe ill look into those .thank ya!

I started pouring my bottle into a plastic cup.it went alot easier

I can eat anything just in small amounts..i did notice when i hit my 6 months post op i was able to eat a little more..buttttt it is no where near what i used to eat :-) Im about 7 months post op now.
