I think this is a great ideal ... I just had the surgarey and it would have not happen if I would haven't won a spot in a study. I have a cousiin and he wiegh 497 pounds and I wish he had a chance at this. I live in Louisiana Baton Rouge area. I think this is awsome !!!

I'm 4 week out and I go to reg diet on July 5 but until then I'm on soft mushie food and I'm scared to eat I guess because I'm having problem on what to eat. I was wonder if I go out tonight what can I get ? Help

I was banded on June 5 and I have the same thing I called my Dr he said its ok it's scare tissue.

Two weeks for me

Bake fish, bake chicken, ground meat but I'm affride to try lol.. I try fish twice, and tune fish but I'm already tierd of them, I'm been eat beans I'm sick of beens now lol

Hey guys I'm on my 4 week since I was band and I feel good but only thing is I still feel weak and when I sit up like driving my port area gets really sore. I'm just wondering how long does the port area stop from being sore. I'm still affride to sleep on that side or my stomach. How long do we have to wait before we can again. This is TMI but how long do have to wait before we can have sexual intercourse again to? I don't want my port to flip or anything like that. Thanks

I y'all I'm almost 3 weeks out and last night I felt a hard lump 2 to 3 inches big it's under my larger incision and it don't realy hurt are anything. I'm do really good on my eating and stay full too. Has anyone have this after surgery? Just wondering

Same here I got to find a way in to get my fruits and veggie cause I need them to help to get going. I'm 3 weeks out of surgery and I'm barley getting my protein down. Help please!!

I had my band put in on 6/5 and he said I can start swimming today yay since it's 102 here in Louisiana

Hey guys .. I'm almost three week post opp and was wondering "why do it get hiccups " it's everytime I eat and when I start feeling full I stop and then it happens. Is it just me or what ?

I went to my 2 week check up today and I've lost 27 pounds :-) I didn't get a fill either I go back on July 18 for my first fill but he says if I keep doing what I'm doing and not filling hungary he want fill it at all. :-)

Hi there :-) I can't wait till I go to my Dr Apt. today and make sure everything is ok. Since Saturday I've been having mine large insicion started to leak a little. I'm not having any pain just a very little every now a then. I went out to Walmart with my hubby and I got weak so we came back home. I've notice I don't have my engery back I wonder how long it takes till I fill back to my old self. Oh and I've lost 22 pounds since 6/5 :-)

Went to Dr and everything is great :-) and buy his scales I've lost 27 pound in two weeks :-). I can go to the gym but only trade mill. Now I can take baths yay.. I'm having bake fish and green beens for dinner. Hope everyone has a great evening.

Good luck today at work. I had my band put in on June 5th I'm not going back to work until July 9th I know it's going be a change but I'm ready for it. My incision started leaking out on Saturday and it's still doing it a little. I called the Dr on call Sat he act like its ok so I can't wait to go to the dr on wen. for him to tell me all is good. Only one giving me problem is the big incision. It hurts a little when I sit for a long time or stand too.
