I take the bariatric Fusion vitamins. I bought them pre-op and post op. They are a little pricey but it gives you what you need post op. I am interested in trying the gummies. Did you nut suggest those?

I know, it's hard enough to find clothes when you are in the in between stage without buying something in every size.

Muscle weighs more than fat. Don't be discouraged. You should try measurements instead of the scale. Good luck!!

Congrats I am right there with you. This is my 4th week as well. Isn't amazing to try on clothes that you couldn't fit last month. It has become a rediscovery in my closet affair me me.

The ups and downs are normal. My pre-op counselor is having a free thing next week that I am going to attend. I need all the help I can.

Thanks everyone. My surgery went well. In pain still but I am sure it will take time. This first week is challenging trying to get all my fluids and proteins in. But it hurts everytime I swallow.

If you live in Oregon anywhere near Portland, I will drive you and be there for you! We don't know one another, but in a way we do because we are fighting the same fight! We are fighting to be healthier, and have a body that we can move around in this world with more confidence in. I've been a single parent and I know how much you need support.
