I know how you are feeling right now. I am at day 11 and should be eating 4 T's of food at each meal. I got sick last night and just can't seem to eat anything.
But we did this for a reason, to be healthy, so we must do what we need to do.
Maybe eating slower, or smaller bites, going back to ultra soft foods (that's what I have done today and protein drinks), tomorrow, I will try to eat something more substantial like cottage cheese and some peaches.
Don't give up! I'm not and we're all kind of in this together rather we know each other or not. Hope you get to feeling better soon.
