From the album: 2017 ulcers removed/ gastric bypass
So I have blood clots and needed bleeding ulcers removed from my stomach so that I can take my meds. Which basically resulted in gastric bypass. I've had Vsg aug 12, 2012 so 5 years ago. Let's do it better this time. -

sabstar22 replied to TiredOfChubRub's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
think of when you can eat it in moderation because you're healthy and skinny and don't need 2 or 3 plates(b/c that would have been me) to be satisfied -

Yay First Topic! Will Be Sleeved On 8/13.... Oh Gosh!
sabstar22 posted a topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
Soooo this is my first topic and it is about how this all just hit me that I am really going to have it done. Just booked my flight, my hotel. and about to do car (my fiancé and son are coming as well and will hang out in san diego till I get back) Now to just pay for the surgery on Tuesday... I will be sleeved on 8/13/2012 in Mexico by Dr. Almanza, and will return home on 8/17 and will be back in school and clinicals by 8/22. I am so nervous about going back to school, having to lift and move patients... I have heard many people can do it... some can't... but I figure if there are some complications... God would have had something happen in my life sleeve or no sleeve. I will graduate next may and will be married 8/24/2013 so l have many happy things to look forward to in the next year. I am Sara, from SC, I am 275, 5'5'' goal may 145? It's hard to believe that I could get there, but I see so much success on these forums, and I plan on rocking my sleeve. Well just wanted to be ooober excited and say Hi!! -
I was told three days before which is also when I have to start clear liquids, it helps make sure there is no solid food in your stomach or system and it also can help a little bit with nausea, (which i will be on a plane on friday so I will be starting my clears tomorrow and taking my magnesium citrate tomorrow so that I don't have to worry about any problems on the plane) good luck

I am praying for you and hope you get better soon! please keep me updated.... my surgery is on the 13 with the same doctor you had..... I'm stating to panic a little now. -
oooo I'd be a mad, very mad, wife. The father of my child isn't even his biological dad, and he helped me with everything, and wanted to or he wouldn't have been around. Good luck with that, I know what I'd do...but he needs to step up.

Sooooo I have 650 notifications.... needless to say I haven't been on in a while.. school has been busy... but in 8 more days I will be sleeved... ohhh goodness I am nervous
