down 9 lbs just doing this liquid diet at about 80%.... and the fiancés response "well if you lose 50 lbs before surgery, are you going to still have it?" Yes It is about control not just losing the weight, I can get the lbs off, it's learning how to not yoyo and have some order in my life... right?
