Ok - Here's my story. My name's Clay and I'm 32 - I've been overweight for roughly 23 years now. I've always struggled with it... When I was 15 I lost 90 lbs with adipex and atkins diet. Needless to say its come back over the years plus about 10.. I just found out that the insurance where I work pays for bariatric surgery - I have United Healthcare through HCA hospitals. I'm going tomorrow for the seminar with Dr. Sheetal M. Patel in Plano. Still pretty nervous and kinda bummed - I've been turned down by insurance a couple of times in the past and I'm afraid this will be the same...
