I felt the same way the first week.... it goes away. I'm stoked I'm losing. Can you honestly say you would have had the will power/ability to keep it off for good if you HADNT gotten the surgery? I realized that I couldnt. I have been struggling with my weight for 20 years (I'm 33)... I know this is the ONLY way that I'll be able to lead a normal healthy life. Just think about that and be honest with yourself and it will help you come to terms with it. Do I still miss being able to sit down and eat my whole meal at Outback? you bet... That's the hardest part for me right now is seeing an awesome meal and not being able to really make a dent in it. That's ok though - I'll have leftovers

1. Ride rides with my little girl at Six Flags since Ill be able to fit. 2. Get back into martial arts. 3. Learn how to dance. 4. Audition my one day skinny butt off and get some roles!

I hit 275 on 1/19 and worked my way down to 271.. Then gained back to 272... Ive been hovering there for 2 1/2 weeks! So yesterday i took someones suggestion and had a crap food day to simply raise my cals. I normally get in 7-800 a day so yesterday i made it up to 1300. I woke up this morning having gone from 272 to 270.8 hopefully i tricked my body into giving up a few more pounds! I was hoping to hit 250 by the first of March but its not looking too promising at the moment. 297 day of surgery on 12/31 270.8 today - 2/7 26.2 lost since surgery

Ive thrown up twice. Trust me you'll know it when it gets there. I ate too fast both times.. I'm still trying to get used to sloooooow.

I"m right there with you. I've lost 4 pounds since 1/19.... so aggravated/depressed/mad I'm 5 weeks out roughly - I get hungry now too.. but eating feels so gross... I eat about 800-900 cals a day too...

To be able to move like this lol. When I finally reach goal I'd like to start taking dance.... I'm just wondering if I'd be able to ever to move like this before the next ten years lol.... this guy's unbelievable.

So im a month out - here recently ive noticed i havent been sleeping well. Prior to surgery i NEVER remembered the LEAST bit about my dreams... To the point i thought i didnt dream. Here lately theyve been extremely vivid to the point of waking me a couple of times a night.... Anyone else deal with this?
