So I am almost a year post op and I am only down 30lbs!!! What are some of your feel full quick meals/ tricks? Someone suggested putting flavorless Fiber in my food and drinks to make me feel fuller longer?? Someone else suggested Protein shakes before each meal???? Please help I can use some guidance from more successful people than I am !!!
