Well on Wednesday I have lost a total of 71lbs. I had surgery 06/29/12. -
I have been doing this a while now and i just wanted to hear from some of u what it means to be in the green zone is to them. I am having troubles finding mine.

I didnt go to slimband. I went through the surgical weight loss centre in toronto.

I go to st.albert for fills and pay for thst too. $75.

We paid 16000 for surgery. 2000 for pre-op deit shakes,to fly there and back, hotel for 4 days. And a person to stay with us for the first 24 hrs.

Oh sorry my mom and i went to toronto. We self paid instead of waiting 3-5 yrs for the govt to pay and thats if u r accepted into the program.

So u started on soft foods then thats good. My mom and i were banded together on the same day in june 29/12. We have both lost 60 lbs each so far. And having way more engery. My self i go to curves 3x a week and walk on the treadmill the other four. I started that this month. Because in dec i had to have my gallbladder removed so i had to have my fluid taken out in nov and just put back in on the 29. So how old r u? Married?kids?

During the nice months my hubby and the kids and i r in calgary once a month to visut my dad and girl friend there. Mybe i could come to a meeting too.

Hi myself i am from edmonton and had my surgery with dr coulbern in june last year. I was pretty sore 24hrs after surgery. Walked the hotel lots but slept lots too. If doing any sit seeing do it the day before surgery.

So here i am two weeks after my gal bladder sugery and ready to start filling my band again. I have had no fluid in my band sence mid november 2012. I need some help to get me motovated to eating the right thing again. Is there any one out there to help put me back on track?

I am having a very hard time with my chocolate cravings. I have had a few here and there but it seam like its becoming an every day thing now. I have 18g protein for breakfast, 28-32g at lunch and around 25g at supper. What am i doing wrong please help. My weight is not changing much for about a month now. I was banded june 29/2012.

I could also need a good mentor in my life. I was banded on june29. I am not doing to bad but my sweet tooth is coming back with a vegence.

Thank u for all the support i will try it all that thank u. I have slowed down on my water intake i know and i do need to start writing down what i am eating again. On average how many calories r people eating each meal. I have no problem with my protein its everything else. -

My weight has stayed at 340 one day its 337 and the next day its 343 and thats on the same scale -

Oh ya had two fills .5 each time and total of 4cc in band in a 10cc band. Have a apointment on hallaween for a third fill -

Weights as of today 336 Surgery date june 29 Starting weight 390 Have lost 54 pounds to date -

So far so good. Everyone is doing great. I was banded on june 29,2012. One fill of .5cc. And i am down 49lbs to date. -
trying to change the wight on my tracker, and its not changing getting a little md at it now too. can any one help please. I tried editing it and it stays at the same weight.

yeah i have finally figured out how to make the trackers work. I tired and tired but they have never worked until now. The program to make the trackers have also changed. -

What i am finding also very hard too is to watch my family eat all the same food that I ate and loved to eat too at meal times. but now that i am on mushies that has gone away alittle because now I just blend it up what they r eating and all is good. it may look different, but guess what it still tastes the same. yeah mushies.
