  1. I had not had a period in several years before the surgery thanks to Depo and Implanon....since surgery 4.5 months ago I have been on my period EVERYDAY with the exception of one or two here and there! It sucks so bad! Anyone else have this issue and when did it go away? Or did it?!
  2. Sometimes I eat the extra calories and sometimes I don't...if I do am I shooting myself in the foot so to speak? Or am I still on the loosing side of the calorie counter? I am set at 683 calories/day and always want more (genuine hunger) and with my zumba I burn 561 more to add to that. I guess my question is if I eat them am I exercising to lose or just tp get to eat more?
  3. June 6th Starting weight 232.4 Current weight 175.5 TWL 56.9 Was hoping to be further along at 4.5 months out honestly. But I know my habits the last month are to blame

What Is Everybody Having For Lunch?

Wow I feel like I eat so much more than what everyone listed. And I feel like I eat all day long...I'm 11weeks out and down 42lbs. A little disappointed but better than nothing. Today I've had a hard boiled egg, 4oz of chicken salad with celery stalks, 4 pieces of beef Jerky, 1/2 cup of dry granola, 3 or4 pineapple chunks and I'll probably eat something else before the nights over because I just got back from Zumba and I'm always hungry after that. Am I doing too much? I've not really been sick except a couple times(eating too fast I think). Just feel like I should be eating less... That all equals 934 calories and 60g of Protein

I confess since my vacation in mid July I have not made good food choices...portions yes but nutritious food no. I confess I never get all my water and vitamins in. I confess I enjoy drinks on the weekends even though I know they are responsible for my slowing weight loss. I confess that I miss my shoes...of all the things to not fit! Seriously?! I confess I watch my boyfriend eat like **** and refuse to exercise with me and I despise him a little for it...I am less and less attracted to him everyday...which makes me feel like a jerk and a hypocrit!

I may not yet be where I want today, but at least I'm not where I was yesterday.
  8. I am one month out...I am shooting for 60g protein, 600-800 calories, and my NUT said 120g of carbs. Does that seem high to anyone else? It seems like a lot to me. Also no guideline on fat. What are everyone else's guidelines/goals?
  9. I have not had a period in years thanks to Depo and Implanon. Since surgery however, I have been on it 6 weeks straight! Seriously?! Anyone else with affliction have any insight on it's ceasing?!?!

    Pork Rhinds

I had 7 of them (9 is the serving size) so less than 80 cals and 5g fat...not too bad since I've had about 400 cals today and less than 30g carbs. I just need to be careful and only have them every once in a while! They also have 7g protein!!!
  11. Any thoughts on these as a snack? They have 0 carbs and only 80 calories. I love the crunch but also love that they mush easily in your mouth. I hope I didn't just find my slider!
  12. Sleeved on June 6th. At 9 days out I was down 16.7 pounds (yay). But now at 4 weeks I am only down an additional 10 for a total if 26.7. I guess I had it in my head that it would be more so a little disappointed. I know I can do better on my water intake...any other suggestions to pick it up a little?
  13. I have been on depo and implanon for the last few years and have not had a period that whole time...literally years. I am now 2 weeks post op and have been having one for the last week! Grrrr! This has to be related to the surgery right? Anyone else not have one then start? Does it last or do you go back to not having one at all?
  14. Two days post op here. I couldn't take the liquid pain killer YUCK!! so they told me I could take Tylenol. Did it with no problem just made sure I took them one at a time!
