I feel like i am eating more this days. Is this normal? Are did i stretch my belly and also should i be still be doing protein shakes,and dieting,i am 5 months out. Because truth be told i have not been watching what i eat . I try but really hard ,no candy which is very hard for me and sodas. Well i need advice. Thanks

You look great, i was feeling the same way about weight loss slowing down. But my scale at home says 197 and at work 200 i am waiting for both to be in the 1's it also will be five years for me too. Congratulations i am so happy for you.

Always keep your head up, my mom was the same . Have you tried talking to your dad about it yall seem to get along. Maybe he can talk with your mom. Just don't get married young to get out of the house. That is what i did and my husband is the same way some times . And that is a lot for you to be taking in as a young adult . I am Mexican American and my husband is Mexican so are thoughts are different maybe that is what happens with you and your mom...So i talk to him and tell how i feel sometimes when i am mad and not mad . From my experience don't bet your self up you are a great person inside and out. And don't let her make you feel any less just cause she is your mother. But just remember she is your mother. I will be praying for you ,i am not a religious person but i do pray and believe in god so just pray then talk to your mom.

Feel overwhelmed...i feel like **** at times everyone has loss 70 are more pounds and they had there surgery with me. And i only lost 58 pounds. I feel like this all the weight i am going to loss.

I had my surgery on March9,2012 but i guess i need to watch wait i eat i don't now what i am supposed to be eating and vitamins. I had mine done in Mexico so i have no doctor here. I do some vitamins but don't know how much mg stuff like that. So maybe i am not eating what i need to be.

The only one i like is nectar brand. Chocolate and vanilla wafers i think i found them at vitamin shoppe and if you don't like it you can take it back with recite and get your money back .

well think you guys for your support. i need to work out but i am so tiered and i cant walk doctor orders because of my foot spur.

Well today marks 4 months since my surgery and i have lost 58 pounds is that good. I was at 262 and now 204lbs and i am 5 feet tall . Well for a couple of weeks there i was not lossing weight. Because i see others have lost more than me and barley had there surgery. Any helpful tips are welcome.

I am going on my 4 month and my hair started to fall out too. So i hope that it is true what i read because i have really long hair. That is my best feature of my whole body.
