Yes the more you weigh, the faster it comes off unless you are one that it doesnt matter. I have only lost 3 pounds since surgery which was on May 9th. I hope it comes off quicker than what it has. I will be getting that program everyone uses for there calorie intake.

Mine is obesity runs in the family. When I was a kid I liked to run around and when it was dinner time my mom would tell me to come in and I would take a few bites to hurry and run back out, so Mom would say I had to eat everything on my plate before going back out. I guess with alittle bit of all that and plus hearing all the time that there is kids that have no food to eat so don't waste when you do have it. I soon enough got fat after 9 yrs old and have went up and down threw the years

Yes the gas is painful. I had the gas in my shoulder and it hurt bad. The best thing for me was to walk. No pain meds helped me. It does finally go away within about 3 days. Hope this helps. Good luck

Well that's good news that it hasn't flipped anymore. My whole stomach is mesh. I do hope I don't have ever have that problem, I just have that feeling that mine has flipped, it's proably just worries due to me always having bad luck with surgerys. Thanks

I have a deep pain in my chest that comes and goes all day long like incongestion. Is this what you guys are dealing with? Maybe I need to speak with the dr for some mylanta myself

What does it feel like when you get to eat solids again. Does it feel to get caught or does it go down like normal

That does make sense. Is there any signs of a flipped port or is that something the dr finds out when doing a fill.

I get alittle bloated when I'm full. I do get pain in my port. My fiancé said when he eats he feels that the food is going threw there. I guess everyone is having different experiences. I would try to get down some protein drinks to keep your energy up. Good luck

I feeling ok. I am still sore where the port is but it is getting easier. Ate some soup today and it had potato chunks in it and bloated me right up, guess it's still to early

I was just banded on May 9th,2012. Everything has been good but on the 2nd or 3rd day after i drunk some grape juice and ever sense i have had deep indigestion in the middle of my chest. Is this normal to have everyday?
