    Thanks Michelle. Have been consistently losing but I am concerned about starting on soft foods tomorrow.

    Hi Ilene. I had my surgery on July 3 and I did two weeks of optifast prior to the surgery and have been on a liquid diet since. I start on soft foods tomorrow I am a 67 year old woman and retired and work for FEMA on a part time basis.
