Thank for the words of encouragement! I am a Social Worker, and do a lot of desk work, which should help. I am starting the 3 day liquid diet tomorrow. I am getting really excited, but am preparing myself that there can be complications. It just seems like I have food on my brain!!!! Last night I went to the grocery and bought all kinds of food that I could cook for my grown kids whe they come this Friday....which is funny because I do north enjoy cooking!!! It's like each meal is my last meal...so silly but I know pretty normal. Sent from my iPad using VST
