I was banded 4-12-12 and I feel like I can eat anything. I really dont understand what I should be eating/drinking to stay on track. I have a hard time getting my water intake. I just cant get it in but prior to surgery I drank a gallon of water daily. My typical day is a protein shake for breakfast, for lunch cottage cheese and yogurt or soup and then my evening meal is a low sodium weight watcher or equivilent meal blended in the blender. I might have a snack of sugar free popcicle or sugar free pudding. I really feel I could eat solids. Any suggestions?
