My story? Overweight most of my life. 10 years ago I lost 120 lbs through sheer will and determination. Kept it off until I quit smoking. I won the smoking battle, but the weight came back on, not all of it, but 80%, and it has been extremely difficult to lose again. After 5 years of battle, I'm bringing in the big guns. I have a lot of really great things happening in my life - and I'm motivated to be healthy and fit to enjoy them.
