I'm with u! This will be my new tactic! And after I talk about the consistency of my bowel movements I'm gonna try like heck to squeeze out a fart for good measure. (except someone posted "never trust your farts" so maybe it'll be a shart, but I'm sure either way I'll be left alone)

I honestly think the next time someone does that I'm gonna say something gross. Like "omg I had the biggest booger this morning" or talk about diarrhea...u know what I mean. I'm evil like that

Well... I'm supposed to eat high protein, low carb and no sodas or sugar up until I start my pre-op diet, which is 10 days long. I'm doing well but I had a food funeral. I went to cherry berry and had fat free frozen yogurt with fruit and granola. It wasn't sugar free though. I knew it my diet was gonna be hard and that there is the possibility that I mayslip, but I didn't realize the self-loathing and guilt I'd feel after. I keep thinking how I always tend to self-sabotage myself and wonder if I'm the only person who feels something like this if I veer off the straight and narrow

Wow, I was actually feeling like I'm the only loser who felt this way and I think next Weeks vlog is gonna be about food funerals and letting go of my food addiction

Looking like it may be the end of June. My birthday will be June 29 and I'm shooting for that week

I'm already scatter-brained, so nothing new is going to be happening with my memory. I'd rather be healthy and forgetful than unhealthy and obese

Think of the coherent Drs as different airlines and the coordinators as the booking agent. Delta may be doing 18 flights one day, but you can still catch a ride thru expedia, Orbitz, Priceline etc

I'm definitely not crazy. Or maybe I am. I made a post earlier saying how exited I was BC I may get to be sleeved by BajaMed at the end of June instead of September and to keep fingers crossed everything goes well. And there were even comments on there. And now it's gone with the wind. Am I the only person this has happened to?

Are you kidding! I'm filming everything. I will get to see my stomach. I asked if I could and he said of course. If I glove up I can even touch it! What I like is that one of the surgeons it's the person that drives us, etc. as for your plastics, u do know that Dr Camacho-melo from cammel plastic surgery is a member of Baja Med group, don't u? If you get a chance go to mexicosurgerysolutions and look at his work. There are people that come from everywhere to use him. My aftercare is covered. I've already checked, and if I have any sleeve-related issues I'll go back and see Dr Serrano. Jeez, I'm sorry but he is definitely easy to look at. Well, once you get back in the USA you havean ongoing relationship with Rick. You aren't dropped off with a list of what to eat and go it alone. He provides not only nutritional support but also helps you with the physical fitness aspect. And of course you will always have access to your Dr. if you do have any sleeve related issues, U can go back and see your doctor at any time. They can explain it all. That's just in my words. What scared me a lot was that I'd get back and screw everything up. I'd be messing up and I guess BC i've done every diet in the world and always felt like a failure I thought I'd fail this too. I never saw it as it was the diet that failed and not me. I'm finished failing. Starting Saturday I'm gonna be on YouTube for my family to keep track. I have never ever even wanted my picture taken and now I'm gonna do that BC I want the accountability. And I know between that accountability and having Rick here in the USA to give me pointers I'm gonna do great. Or heck, maybe I just feel better knowing since he has the sleeve he knows what I'm talking about

Hi y'all, I'm going thru Rick at mexicosurgerysolutions and someone here said that what they wished they would have got was follow up care. Well I'm gonna get it here in the states. my surgery will be in a hospital, with an icu in Tijuana. While I'm there I'm actually escorted around by Dr Serrano, who will assist in my surgery. My surgery will be done by either Dr Lopez or Gonzalez (my choice). They are members of the BajaMed group and I was on this board aas guest just lurking and researching for over 4 months before I joined. I'm paying a little more, not much tho, and I'm getting after care nutrition counseling and a virtual gym partner. I just think that to decide who to trust your life with you should research, research and then research some more.
