Looking for a buddy & motivation

I agree 100%. Keep an old pair of jeans. I was banded 2 years ago and fell off the bandwagon. Seeing my weight go up and up and pulling out thosr old jeans was a reality check. I also stopped coming to this site. I felt disconnected and alone. But, I came back to this site a few days ago and it felt like a warm blanket of love and support. I am back on the wagon and will not stray. We should all feel we are each others band of brothers and sisters. Anytime one of us messes up, we are always welcome to the banders home again. -
Just checking in. I stocked up on yogurt and fresh fruit. Also bought EAS protein shakes. Made it two days without snacking. Taking it one day at a tme. Its been raining like crazy and I haven't gotten any walking in. Live out in the country and have no malls for walking. Does anyone have any cheap ideas fir indoor fitness? Going to take one day at a time and hope for the best.

Good Morning and thank you all for the support. I will call for a fill. The first thing I did this morning was hop on this website. I feel inspired by your kind words. Going to get yogurt and fresh berries and add it into my app. Here's to a fresh start! Have a great day! !

I was banded April 2012 and lost 80 pounds quickly. I didn't have a fill but I ate healthy and exercised. But then my son dropped out of my life, our dog had to be put down, my job became too stressful and my fibromyalgia went out of control. I have gained 50 lbs back and feel so alone and defeated. My husband and I relocated in hopes of helping me to relax. I've been on medical leave from that job and have decided to quit instead of trying to transfer internally to another location. I'm scared but know it's for the best. We just adopted a rescue dog and I can't wait for her to feel at home. Today I woke up feeling like it's time for me to regain control of my health. I'm tired of being defeated. I'm happy to know I can reach out on this site. I am grocery shopping tomorrow and spent today setting up my apps and getting my fitness gear together. Tomorrow will be the first I want to wake up happy and smile at whatever I can.

Lapbander trying to get back on track. So grateful to see this thread! Need accountability really bad and have felt so alone in this journey. Today is the first day I went walking for 30 minutes with my dog.
