Walk!!! Walk!!! You need to get the gasses out. Take a stool softener at night. You don't want to be constipated. That hurts. I was banded 11/30/12 so I'm still in a little pain, but it gets better! Lots of fluids and rest!

I just want a pair of jeans with a zipper line of only 2 inches or so!! I'm tired if all my jeans going above my belly button!! And knew high boots, hell, any kind of boot other than ankle!!

Mine is just above my belly button, to the right. I thought he was Ganna put it by my left rib cage and for days I couldn't feel anything!! Lol go figure cause it wasn't there!! Been banded 6 days, lost 10 lbs

I'm doing well! I have to go back to work tommoro! Not looking forward to it but I guess I need the $$...I've been walking a lot, I groomed my dog today, that took a lot out of me. I had a fever yesterday, so I'm on antibiotics and going to the doctor Tommoro morning for a checkup to make sure I don't have an infection. Glad you are going good! We need to keep in touch!!

Oh and I can't help but notice your a Disney fan!! I've been watching Disney movies all weekend! Haha and I can't wait to feel better so I can go back to Disneyland! I have an annual pass and it's dying to go back ???„

I went for a consultation to a different doctor Than the one I had already seen And was waiting for approval from. I went to him because he was in my network And he had great reviews. When I got there I had to watch a video on the Lapband which sucked because I already knew everything cause ive been studying it for last three years. My appointment was at 4 PM I sat in the waiting room until 8 o'clock at night. The whole while I was listening to the nurse talk crap on the Lapband, After she knew that's what I was therefore. She had bypassed and so had everyone else in the office. She tried to talk me out of it and tell me it wasn't worth my time. I asked her if the doctor would do this to me too. She said probably because he doesn't believe in the Lapband either. New patients came in and sat with me and saw the doctor before I did. And old patients came in and saw the doctor before I did. In fact I never saw the doctor, My husband was grumpy I was tired and it was after 8 PM. So I told the receptionist I want my money back for my co-pay and I left. The doctor did come out and tell me that if I waited only 15 more minutes he would speak with, I told him no I've already been waiting for four hours!!!!! Then he proceeded to offer me dinner for me and my husband at the Olive Garden??! Really? I was so annoyed! He told me I was dumb to drive home and then come back in a few days but wait he didn't know if I wasn't coming back! I would never go to a doctor that didn't want to do what i wanted!!!

I'm wondering if that's how it is too!! Ive had nothing even near solid, so poop shouldn't be solid!? It makes sense to me! I'm getting nervousness cause I have to go back to work Tommoro! And I don't sit at a desk! I work at Starbucks, and I'm on my feet 8 hrs!! I know my crew Tommoro night will understand if I need to sit down more than usual. Since I'm one of the managers, I'm sure it doesn't matter what they say, but I don't want to look weak to them! I also have my post op visit Tommoro with my doc. Since I had fever on Monday, he wants to see me sooner than later to make sure the incisions aren't infected. Hope that goes well! When do you return to work?

I just got banded on Friday the 30th. It's a big step! A huge life change! But if you continue to read what everybody says and does on this forum, you'll learn so much and realize its a great decision! It's hard, and I was scared, but I'm so excited to just get over the pain of being overweight my whole life!! What are your concerns?

How's your tummy doing as far as bowel movements? I've taken 3 dulcolax stool softness and I'm just waiting and waiting! I can feel the pain, like I have to go but it's not happening!! Very uncomfortable!

Ya I've been eating a little bit of jello and my husband made me some chicken bouillon last night which is so yummy! I walked aground Walmart and rite aid today! I'm tired but I can feel the gas pains getting better. I got some knorr onion Soup today and am about to eat that, I'm just straining the onions out so I don't have to chew. I've already lost 4 lbs too! Since yesterday! How about you! Are you home now?

I really like the equate brand that's equivalent to slim fast, but my doctor said get the premier brand from Costco, causes it has only 1 gram of sugar and 30 grams of protein. I don't care for it but its ok I guess. It filled me up and I only drank 3/4 of the box. He luckily prescribed me a different medicine so hopefully I can sleep tonight! So nothing's working for you?? I'm sorry. Are you waking?
