So I just had my surgery about 2 weeks ago and and since lost about 12 pounds. However, I have been stuck on this number and it is not going down any further. I have also started my mushies but I also found out that i had no restriction at all. I knew this because i kept getting hungry. Pleas tell me it will all get better as i am really begining to panic. I dont want to have gone through everything just to only lose 12lbs. Note: I have not started working out yet until after post-op which is on tuesday.

Thank you very much guys. I am going to try and put away the scale and just choose a day during the week to weigh myself. i am putting everything i have got in this and hoping to lose HTN and DM for good.

So i have sinced moved to mushies but i think i over did it today. was very hungry and decided to eat. did not feel like i had any restrictions but i can tell u for sure that i am very uncomfortable right now. Not sure how much weight this is going to put back on me but i am definetely sad about how i ate and i promised myself never to do it again.

i am glad i found this post because i have an IUD in and never got a period until after the surgery. kind of blamed it on stress and the localized heperain that was given to me.

So it's just been a week since post-op but how much did u guys lose in the first week cos it feels like i an stuck on 10lbs and the scale wouldn't move any more

ok so the doc said that i can't go back to work today ....... Oh Well, just gonna relax and start going to the gym next tuesday.

So it is 5days post op for me and everything seems to be going on well other than gas. However, i have to resume work 2morrow as a nurse and truly do not have the strength to go in. So sad that i have to call in sick. hopefully will make it in on wednesday!!!

So after 2weeks of waiting, i have finally been approved. whoo!!! The lord has definetely been my strength.

how long did you guys have to wait for approval? i am dying of anxiety here and tomorrow would be the 15th day since my paper work was sent.... how long did it take you guys and if it takes this long to approve, what does it mean?

gosh my week has been very busy and mind blowing.... i am still waiting for a reply from the insurance company. they re killing me men.

this is coming from a worry baby..... it will be over before you even know it. trust me, I was on the edge but it was the best nap ever.

Ok i am a little nervous now. This reminds me of the time when i took my board exam!!! They have my sent all my stuff to the insurance.... Fingers crossed, they will not give me any hassle.

Next week is really going to be a very busy week. I have got EGD, a mandotory class and my final Primary care appointment to go to. Excited and again nervous... but I am so worth it...

Nexweek is really going to be busy for me. I have got EGD, my mandotory class and final docotrs appointment for me and everything would be sent to the insurance. I am excited and nervous but the good Lord is my strength and because i know that i am worth it!!!

Feeling a lot better today.... trying to get ready for work 2morrow. I have my interview with the doctor for my endosocpy on thursday. i think i almost have all my paper work together now. 3 more appointments to go..

just got back from a birthday oarty and i just really noticed how i never left my seat for fear of judgement because of how big i look. Today is really not a good day for me. Can't wait for July 3rd

So my son has been a trooper today!!!. We started out this morning with a trip to the doctors for a physical for clearance and then went for the nutrition and psy evaluation. Whew ! tired now but worth everything.
