[font=comic sans ms,cursive][size=5]i have always been over weight. it has taken me over 2 years to realize that i need this.[/size][/font][size=5][font=comic sans ms,cursive] i am not doing this as a confidence boost, or that i have a low self esteem about myself. i am taking this step now for my two boys. the past 5 years i have felt like my heath has been living on dog years. i have diet and exercise in the passed with a good success of weight lost. ([/font][/size]20lbs 30lbs 40lbs[font=comic sans ms,cursive][size=5]) it's the keeping it off that has always been my problem. it also hasn't help that i enjoy cooking, and pretend i am a five star chef. i have kind of a big family with a few close friends that are more like family. we get together 3 weeks out of the 4, and that follows with lots of drinking. it has been a brutal cycle, but it's one that i am ready to give up for my boys.
