I'm addicted to Zumba as well. I do it 3x's a weeks and weights 2x's a week before this surgery I would have never been so active.

I Luv dr Aceves, I had surgery June 30, 2012 with him and I'm at my goal now, it was a great experience, great drs, great hospital & great nurses and I would recommend him to everyone. I'm in Northern California and after surgery he gave me all my X-ray OR reports to bring home for my PCP it was great. -

That was my goal the dr told me 125-128 i'm also medium build also I really don't want to be to skinny and look anorexic or sick. I feel so good I'm doing things I never thought I could do and Zumba is my addiction now.

I so understand!! I also live in a small town and I get frustrated and when did my weight become everyone's buisness, don't get me wrong I do like the compliments but I hate when someone says you look great & someone that doesn't know me starts staring at me "like what's so great" that's just how I feel..

Before/ after my surgery date was 6/30/12 at 6 months I'm at my goal of 130

I had surgery June 30, 2012 in Mexicali by dr Aceves my stats are 5'0 & starting weight 200lbs as of jan 30, 2013 I met my goal of 130lbs. I feel amazing so all of you slow low Bmi'ers don't give up hope. My only regret is not doing this sooner.
