Stuck need HELP Hello I've been banded 2 years and 5 months Staring weight was 300 today 225 I'm stuck can't seem to lose not even 1 pound a week just got a fill last Friday 12/7 1/4 cc I do feel less Hungry my week consist of 3 times a week going to the Gym 45min Cardio 45min free weights I'm less hungry coffee in the morning 1 cup oatmeal 1:00pm lunch cup of food 8pm small cup of Tuna I work 3:30pm - 12:00am

Hello TMF thanx for your reply will update my profile I stop tracking my calories about 2 months ago I thought I had everything under control and did not needed to track calories anymore which I know it was a BAD idea my plateau has been around 2 months I have no restrictions and I do feel full after Tuna (can of tuna 1/2 can of corn little mayo mix) after this past Friday when I got my fill I do feel full with smaller portion of food I have not visited my nutritionist in 2 month reason I work 2nd shift now thanx

Hello I've had my band 2 years now I stopped taking my Vitamins about a year ago I use to take.Vitafusion MultiVitamins Gummy now that I stop taking them. I feel so tired and out of energy

Hello I was banded 2 years ago I recently started working out 4 times a week in a regular basis I tried a new abdominal Machine @ the gym I have soreness in my stomach but also pain in one side of my port I touch all around the port but its only on side of the port I feel pain I also feel a bump or ball on the side port
