Hello I work the 2nd shift 2pm -10pm should I work out before or after work I'm very tired after work( 2pm -10pm) recently switch to the 2nd shift I felt great working out when I worked the first shift 6am to 2pm

I stopped drinking beer once I got banded now I Drink Don Julio Tequila had a beer a couple of weeks ago and felt so bloated won't drink beer again

Hello I really need help I feel like a failure banded 2 years ago down 60 ponds but I've been struggling for the past year I work my butt off all week eating well working out but once the weekend gets here I let myself down eating junk usually gain about 3 pounds every weekend then lose the pounds during the week HELP PLEASE

I'm stuck @ 218 pounds start weigth 284 I started working out about 3 months ago Run cardio 35 min 3 miles treadmill free weights for about 40 minutes 3 times a week my fitness pal has helped me I eat about 1300 calories a day

JustFluffy I've stopped loosing weigth about a month ago I was doing great loosing 2 to 3 pounds a month I was banded July 2010 just stated working out about 3 months ago I was very depress and not following all the rules I should've I had a reality check about 3 months ago

Hello JustFluffy I drink plenty of water everyday 1 gallon @ work 6am- 2:30pm after work about about 32 more ounces Protein when I work out about 75 grams of protein from protein shakes
