    Too Fat For The Band?

Soooo, I had to attend a support group as its one of my doctors rules. I went. Boy, do I regret finding a random group to attend. I attended (by accident) a group that had done the duadnal switch and the leader/nurse of the group told me that since my BMI is 53, I am too fat for the band. She told me that my doctor should've known this and offered the duadnal switch. Has anyone been told this before? What are your thoughts on this?
  2. As a matter of fact, i found this online. VERY INFORMATIVE! ! www.permanente.net/kaiser/pdf/63278.pdf Copy and paste into ur address bar.
  3. I have a sign outside my apt... or i should have one at least. Lol Ive told everyone except my MOM. She would kill me if she knew. I have had nothing but support and praise for doing something that others want to do. Even skinny ppl and guys are super supportive. I dont have a husband or bf so i think its kinda ballzy to advertise but if i can help just ONE person by sharing my situation, i know that ive done a good thing i can be proud of.
