Hey there. Im new to LapBand Talk. I was just banded yesterday morning. Theres some pain,the gas is letting up but still struggling with getting hydrated.
I figured out that my two tools to help me succeed are posting on this forum and tracking my foods daily. I am excited for the future but i cant wait for the pain to stop. Im walking around but i have to sleep in a recliner and as you can imagine DH is not happy to be sleeping alone.
What do you think will be your biggest tools in succeeding with the weight loss?
