About Me
I am 26 years old and the heavist weight I ever been. I was always a thick chick, but thick has turned into fat. I became very depressed and tried every Diet and lost the weight and gained it all back and then some.
Once I hit 226 I researched weight lost surgery and was considering a lap band. I researched the VSG and decided I will be more successful with this surgery.
My support team is very small (can't expect everyone to have your back). The response I get when people hear me talking about having this surgery is "why would you go through a surgery to lose weight, you are NOT that big you can lose the weight on your own." Key words "YOU ARE NOT THAT BIG". So I am big but not that big Really. Some people should just shut the f*#@ up.
I am going through this surgery because I would love to be that thick girl again. I also want to be fit and healthy to live long for my family.
I wish I would of reached this information sooner but its always a time and place for everything. I was very nervous going into this process but I was educated and informed from VSG patients who built up my spirit and now I' m ready to become a VSG patient and help someone who was in my situation.
So November 6, 2012 is my day and I will share my story with all the new VSG patients.
 May God be with us all with everyting we been through and will go through
