Lol, yeah not looking to eat a pot full lol, (that would be a funny picture) but the diet im on, i have to have 3oz portions, of protien, veg etc. Just wondering if i had a small bowl instead of 1/3 cup if that was ok. Lol

Im pre op, and on a very stricked diet for 90 days. I have been doing very well, i havent cheated once. But today, man all i can think about is food, and how i want chinese buffet, or a sub sandwich. Lol i have not done it but i really just want to stuff my face. Lol

I started my 1st appt. May 9th, and i wont have my surgery until September, ur lucky Good Luck with everything

Thanks ladies, I just had my dinner, i feel a little better now. I made 3 oz baked chicken breast no skin, 3oz steamed beets, and 3 oz fresh baby spinach, with fresh squeezed lemon juice, red onion, and salt, and pepper. I just realy mis that stuffed feeling.

You guys are making me feel so much better! I'm going to talk with him tonight. Then maybe he will relax a lil LOL After all im just starting my journey anyways i have a long way to go

Sorry in advance for my spelling. Spell check is gone I just started my journey, and I have to do a 90day diet in order for my insurance to approve me. My husband is a little smaller than me, but not much. Today he was very rude about me getting the lap band. He is telling me go do it, but on the other hand he is rude about certin things, just kind of selfish. Anyone have this experince? I think he is now coming to terms with the fact that he is going to be the fat one. Lol

Thank you everyone, i will try to show him, i dont plan on going anywhere, i know i have told him a million times, after all we have been together 10 years and have kids together lol! I do wish he would be happier for me, and not say things like, well i guess we wont be going to the buffet any more! Smh

Knowing my friends and extended family, they are going to say, wow you look great did you loose weight? Thats when im going to say, yupp, i have been eating better and doing more physically. After all its not a lie. Good luck

Well step one is done, i have to do a 90 day diet, for my insurance to cover my lap band. But i completed a lot of appointments today.

Well tomorrow i go to the fast track seminar. It's going to be 4hours. I have a bunch of appointments in that time. Im excited, and a little nervous. I cant believe it, I really hope things move along quickly.

Hi everyone, Im a stay at home mom. Im 27. Married. I have 3 Boys and 2 step children who live with us, So im a mom of 5. I have been big all my life. I was always the chunky lil kid. Im so tired of making my daily and life choices based on my weight. hair up or hair down. We will take the van not ther car. I dont want to fly, let just drive, etc I would love to do more with my family. I want to be around for my grandchildren. So here i am all 314 lbs of me, waiting for May 9th to go to the fast track Seminar and start my journey. I hope i dont have any problems along the way. I hope my insurance says yes! I would love to have a surgury date as soon as possible! LOL So there it is in a nut shell Shanna
