Does anybody know were I can find a plate that has the specific porportions for lap band patients. I'm pretty sure I'm eating more than I should.

Yeah I just got my second fill on Tuesday. I think I have 4cc in it now hopefully I'll only need one more fill. I'm planning on stepping up my workouts also! -

I was banded on Halloween 2012! My weight loss is going slower than I expected! Can you give me an idea of how your diet is? What your daily meals are like? -
So happy weighed myself this morning and the scale read 299.0!!! I haven't been in the 200's in years feels so good! Was banded Halloween total down 24 by my scale 29 by the doctors scale!

Surgeons office just submitted my paperwork to the insurance company!!! So scared of being denied, but I'm trying to stay positive on a quick approval.

Since I started mushies I haven't lost any more weight! This week I'm on regular foods and I'm kind of concerned that I'm not losing. I've been working out at the gym and I'm so close to being back in the 200's I'm 302.2 started pre op diet at 323. I'm just so anxious to hit my first big goal any suggestions on how to get the scale back moving?

I'm down 18lbs since one week pre op til now!!! Start at the gym this evening!! -
I've lost 18lbs since pre-op and surgery a week ago, can't wait to go shopping in my closet, I think I will try this weekend!!!

Banded on Halloween, was doing fine except gas pains now all of a sudden my left shoulder is killing me and under my left breast is aching. How long does the gas pains last???? Very uncomfortable right now!

I'm a week post op today and just started experiencing the gas pains in my shoulder yesterday and it sucks because today is going to be my first day back at work! I'm hoping the gas pains only last a couple weeks!!! -
