I was banded on the 31st, I took my prescribed medicine on 11/2 and crushed it like it was recommended. Then on 11/3 and 11/4 I decided to take it regular just to see how it would make me feel since it's not a huge pill (size of a capsule aspirin) Is it ok to keep taking in regular form since it goes down without a problem??

I'm on clear liquid for a week, but I really feel like I could start full liquid. Can you have smoothies on full liquid. Also can u have Mac & cheese on mushies? -
Surgery & recovery went great!!! I was surprised that there was minimal pain. Hang in there I know Aetna will approve you. Maybe try giving them a call to check the status!

I was banded yesterday too! They had me on ice chips all yesterday, today and the next week I'm on clear liquids. I haven't had to much pain so I'm greatful for that! My incision is only slightly sore but I only had one incision! -
At the surgery center waiting for them to prep me for surgery. Surgery at 7:30am!!!!!

I'm gonna be a Halloween bander!!! I had one week clear liquids, wish i could have only did one day!!! Lol -
Me too!!!! I'm down 10 pounds so far, gonna try not to weight myself again until the morning of surgery!!! This Halloween is gonna be the best!
