Ya the gas seemed to settle in my left shoulder and neck

Just banded this morning hurting in some spots and really nauseous going home in about an hour a half!!!,

Im out n hurtin but so ecited!!!

I absolutely can not sleep! Ugh!

I actually didnt sleep last night tried so just checked into the hospital and waiting patiently ill updated later today!

Iv got a severe migraine is this from not eating?

When i quit soda pop i switched to iced tea months ago! I love tea plus it helps you get the water you need after surgery and what not try sun tea with a substitute sugar my dietitian said thats fine in low amount! Good luck!

When my mother had her lap band many years ago she eventually had her gallbladder out i do not remember if she had an unfill or not but she cmae tru with flying colors and warned me last week that i too will eventually have it out after the surgery!

no im ahead of you i think two hours ugh i have to be at the hospital at 530 and i live an hour and a half from the hospital so tonight im staying at my bffs house my husband works nights and couldnt get tonight off but they are gonna let him off at 430 am so that should give us plenty of time as my husband works 30 min from the hospital and my bff lives in the same town my husband works so i think ill just b easier than me getting up at 330 and driving... we have allot of deer around here and i just plain hate driving at night tru country lol...

Im so very nervous. But so so cant wait to b on the other side! Meet you all there!

i know even tho i have everything ready and iv been working at this so long i dont think its really set in yet that tomorrow is our day!!! its so crazy! and many mixed emotions that come with it... i cant wait!!! i got in at 530 am what time is yours bre?

Plus its harder to stay focused on your preop diet when your away and in a different setting with different foods and im sure lots of going out to eat kinda stuff i say kick it at home even if your alone and prepare your self and body for a rebirth! Good luck!

i knew someone who died very early in life of stomach cancer after getting a wls. tho i have not seen many other people with this its not worrying me too much...

My Dr. had informed my that all surgeons have assistants weather they be interns or other surgeons. I have surgery in a little over 24 hours and i have never meet my surgeons assistant.. But i have done enough reasearch and the fact that a good friend and family dr taught my surgeon makes me confident that im in good hands either way!!! Hope you get some answers to sooth your mind about this matter and good luck to you!

I have told all my family and need to know friends allot of ppl know im having surgery but dont know what for im completely open to anyone knowing! Multiple ppl in my family have had the band so its nothing new to us! Everyone is very supportive! Lol there was this one incident when a male friend told me he cant wait to see how hot i will become! I turned around and told him this! If you havnt noticed me now what makes you think ill notice u then!!! Im happily married and my husband just thought it was hilarious as he has has always know even at my biggest i had awesome self esteem! Sometime is think it might b easier keeping it a secret but then id lose so much support that i count on! Best of luck to u!

im am completely with you. i have amazing support backing me but for some godly reason i cant get past my fears. im not turning back now no way this is what i want and need but im a week away from surgery and every day gets harder and more nerve racking. i so badly want to jump back out of this depressive hole im in but i just cant. i tell my self every day ull b around longer for the kids as i have some bad health issues and thats my goal so what ever hole im in even if i cant climb out i still see light shinning down!!!

Iv been waiting 10 months now and got to a point of loss interest as well so i decided not to strive for surgery but push to become healthy! Any way possible! I would lose gain lose lol but not being so entwined in surgery seem to speed time! Best of luck!
