Yes i have the pox! And its horrid because i have them on my scars and they hurt bad! My daughter got them two days ago n i got them today this marks my third time come on really! Ugh ' FEELIN IT '

I GET A DISCOMFORTING PAIN LIKE THIS AND IT IS GAS I EAT SLOWER NOW AND I DONT PUSH THE GAS I WALK AROUND AFTER EATING AND IT HELPS ME OUT ALLOT! ' FEELIN IT '

Yes u can most commonly only twice! If u have them severe enough the first time then its really hard to get them again but in all actuality u can get them as many times as you body allows until it builds good enough resistants to it! ' FEELIN IT '

Just wanted to post how excited i am to hit the 30 lb mark! I was shooting for intervals of 25 but didn't realize i passed it so soon! Today i am 2 months and 4 days! I don't notice anything different except my belt is now 1 notch tighter! But im not gonna let it get me down! 2 and fill on Thursday yay! ' FEELIN IT '

I cant seem to eat until after 11! My band feels tight iv tried hot tea, coffee, Soup and nothing! Which in turn make me hungrier through the evening! Ideas? ' FEELIN IT '

Just an update! Surgery june 7 th! Starting weight 282 Surgery day weight 279 Today 252.1 Im completely surprised on how well im doing and the willpower i have and how im not letting this consume me! June 7 - 2 cc fill July 3 - 2 cc fill 10 cc band hoping Thursdays fill puts me in a zone! ' FEELIN IT '

I seem to be so very hungry when around bedtime? I eat all my protein and snack good but i wake up in the middle of the night so hungry!

Kudos on the awesome weight loss! I too have problems eating in the morning! I usually wait till about ten if im hungry to try and eat someone told me to drink hot coffee but that really upset my tummy! I talked to my nutritionist and she says try and sip on stuff and if not hungry dont worry! So thats what i do i play it by ear! They say allot of bands have a mind of their own! Picky picky lol continue what ur doing because its working amazingly!

My surgeon took mine off 9 day out

Iv lived seeing it as my mom and friend had the band i did reaseaech for nearly a year iv been to groups and read up on here and with all that i was now where close to being prepared! But i knew y i did this and just kept reminding myself y! Its a learn as u go process! Best of luck to you!

I live in Nebraska and havnt had luck with it! Idm tho cuz as said before i take left overs home to eat later! I like it that way cuz it savors the yummyness longer lol!

I had a problem the first month now in moderation i can take spicy! But u want to avoid heartburn and reflux!

Ya i really was any sort of hungry untill almost two weeks out! My doc said as long as i was taking in fluids i was fine!
