Hey everybody! Thank you all for the words of encouragment! I started on Monday back on a diet. I havent gotten a fill in almost 3 years but right now I dont have insurance. Im going to try this on my own for at least 3 months then go and get a fill. I got the My Fitness Pal App that everyone recomended and its awesome! I do watch it closely tho and there are times where it says my carbs are to high but my protein is higher. Sugar has always been my #1 enemy though. I love snacks and ice cream so thats a struggle. Does anyone recommend any good snacks? I know beef jerky is and lately ive been doing an apple cinnamon rice cake with peanut butter on top.Thanks for all ya'lls support. I hope I can stay on track!
