I can gladly say I've lost over 100 pounds with the lapband. 106 to be exact. I'm hoping for about 30 more but I'll actually have to follow through on my fitness regime to get that done. I have no idea where I'd be today if it weren't for CIBO and the band.
Today though, I run 5K's for fun and I feel more comfortable in my body and with myself than I ever have before.
