How's your diet goin? I was dropping fuel at a shell station last night in Seattle right next to my favorite teriyaki joint it was all I could do not to go place a order ughhh!!! Otherwise all is good. The 14th is getting closer I have my final weigh in today and I got my teeth cleaned today "my doctor required".

Yes I have I have already lost 3 lbs I started it back on Sunday. I'll keep you posted how I do :@) good luck!

I'm very excited my surgery is set for may 14th in Everett, Washington north of Seattle. I have been waiting to do this for almost two years. Finally my day is almost here. Ryan

Suggestions For Liquid Diet??

My surgery date is 5-14, I am using bariatric advantage shakes they taste good for the most part. My problem is I have really bad cravings two weeks of this is gonna suck but the payoff will be awesome.
