Rodswife, I am on week 5 now and I have hit stalls too, i have noticed though that if I don't exercise I do not loose any weight and as others were saying maybe its cuz of my Vitamins that I am not loosing weight fast but it's hard to get everything in. I am 23 pounds down my surgery was April 17

Yeahhhhdde04and good for you. Tomorrow is my one month mark I've lost a total of 27.5 lbs. the best decision I've made in my entire life. I love my sleeve. Keep up the good work

I was on a stall but I started exercising and I have lost a little since then. I make sure I get all my Protein in and one thing I need to work on are the Vitamins how about yourself?

I was sleeved April 17 at kaiser in harbor city!!! So far I'm doing good I have lost 22 pounds and exercise 3x a week because it makes me feel weak!!! I haven't really drank my Vitamins because I feel disgusted but otherwise I'm great!!!

I haven't updated in a long time! I'm a year out and I feel great. I hope you all are doing well. I'm 1lb away from 100lbs down!

Hey I was sleeved April 17 And I have the same problem, but it's normal because we are lacking Fiber in our diet!! My doctor prescribed me stool softners and they seem to work!!

I am on my third week and I am doing everything as the doctor said but I have not lost any weight in 4 days?? Is this happening to anyone?

Hey!! I'm having the same problem trying to get the 60 grams a day! But this is what I have been eating:

Refried Beans (canned)

Greek yogurt

Cottage cheese

All these are very high in protein!!!

I had my gastric sleeve on 4/17 and I was released the next day at 11am. I had no complications!!
