Hit my first major plateau-- have not been able to loose in the past few weeks--- i got a small fill (now up to 6.0cc banded) and hopefully that will help!! congrats on everyone's progress and success -

congrats to all!! 25 yrs old here..was banded june18th! Starting my weight loss journey i was 309 ...i am now 223 lbs (86 lost and still counting) Better to get control of our lives/health now than later...best decision i have ever made!! Would do it again in a heartbeat -

great job everyone!!!! my day of pre op diet weight - 309 day of surgery weight- 291 todays weight - 245 and i've had 3 fills so far on a 10cc band..now at 5cc filled! -

weight loss plateau i know I shouldn't be discouraged. Surgery was on June 18th. Since my Preop diet (june 4th) I am down 38 lbs...this past week I have not been able to get past that point. Maybe because I am on vacation this week and have been trying to watch what I eat when I'm out?? But I am hoping it will get better...just need some support! -
congrats!!! i had my first fill this wednesday!! and the same so nervous before hand...but it was a piece of cake!! i go back again in three weeks.

I hear ya! got on the scale tuesday (surgery was monday) and was freaking out with the 10lb weight gain...all water and gas though! back down to where I was pre surgery -

hello everyone was banded yesterday...ended up having to stay in the hospital because i was dehydrated and could not urinate...still here...getting iv fluids and sipping my fluids! not really in too much pain...just pulling and tightness. I have gotten up and done laps around the unit every couple of hours and using my incentive spirometer every hour! hope everyone is doing well! -

almost a week into my pre op diet...not as bad as i thought but still ..the weekend is tough..everyone is going out and wants me to come and I am willing to try (with my protein shakes in hand) but the temptations are everywhere! June 18th is my surgery date...cannot wait! -
