Hit my first major plateau-- have not been able to loose in the past few weeks--- i got a small fill (now up to 6.0cc banded) and hopefully that will help!! congrats on everyone's progress and success

congrats to all!! 25 yrs old here..was banded june18th! Starting my weight loss journey i was 309 ...i am now 223 lbs (86 lost and still counting) Better to get control of our lives/health now than later...best decision i have ever made!! Would do it again in a heartbeat

great job everyone!!!! my day of pre op diet weight - 309 day of surgery weight- 291 todays weight - 245 and i've had 3 fills so far on a 10cc band..now at 5cc filled!

Thanks for the support! Its a life long process but I plan to make it work and try and think positively on all the progress made so far!!! Good job with your weight loss!!!

weight loss plateau i know I shouldn't be discouraged. Surgery was on June 18th. Since my Preop diet (june 4th) I am down 38 lbs...this past week I have not been able to get past that point. Maybe because I am on vacation this week and have been trying to watch what I eat when I'm out?? But I am hoping it will get better...just need some support!

I hear ya! got on the scale tuesday (surgery was monday) and was freaking out with the 10lb weight gain...all water and gas though! back down to where I was pre surgery

so sorry to hear!!! i hope you are feeling better! I was banded on monday. I did not even ask what size band they gave me...i guess i should!

hello everyone was banded yesterday...ended up having to stay in the hospital because i was dehydrated and could not urinate...still here...getting iv fluids and sipping my fluids! not really in too much pain...just pulling and tightness. I have gotten up and done laps around the unit every couple of hours and using my incentive spirometer every hour! hope everyone is doing well!

Band tomorrow...nervous but excited!!!
