Great ?! The difference is sugar free has an artificial sweetener or defined as sugar less than .5 per serving. No sugar added means it has a natural sugar- like apple juice is naturally sweet, that's why juice is a no no -

It's a struggle and my love was carbs as well. I got cranky day 3-5 of diet cause that's when my body sai 'oh, snap, she's not going to feed us the good stuff.' but as trying as it was, it was so worth it. Just take a deep breath (try not to smack the mouthy kids) and ride your stress away. You'll do great, love -

Ask ur surgeon. Im on the ring as well for months and my surgeon said it was fine to leave it in. I had no complications or bad stuff happen and I feel great. It's like I didn't have either done I just eat less now and most of its liquid protein
